I had a superb time at this spot. We enjoyed the first-rate vibes and the meals. The staff members are super personal. I am content we eventually decided to try this place.

For me it was really overrated, I took my husband for his birthday and we were very excited. There is no ambiance in the restaurant, too quiet and very pretentious. I think unfortunately it is style over substance. We were asked to complete all information before, we assumed so they would make us special items however everything was the same for everyone. We have had a lot better tasting menus for a fraction of the price, however at least we have done it!

Just left there and absolutely amazing!!! My only advice is you have to go! I honestly can't begin to explain how good the entire experience is, from start to finish it is out of this world. The attention to detail is beyond perfection and the staff are so welcoming & friendly and literally can't do anything more to make the experience unique and make you feel special, hand on heart if I could give 100 stars I would! I have some brilliant photos but don't want to spoil the surprise of the dishes for anyone

Weeks after cancelling my booking due to CV19 (totally understand) I have still not been refunded. Excuse after excuse, system updates don’t take weeks. Other companies have been able to refund immediately. Appalled at such a lack of customer service from such a well regarded place

Awful service! Won't refund my money 6 weeks after being told I would receive it. I've been given numerous excuses, however these are making you look ridiculous. Can't believe a renowned establishment like this is acting in this way. Get a grip

Stunning. Worth every bit they charge. The service is superb. The food is incredible. The space is wonderful. It is absolutely everything I want. Just incredible. After eating here I would have gone again the next day if I could. The meal is long but it is paced and most importantly portioned perfectly. I’ve eaten at many of the top restaurants in the world. This maybe my favorite. Absolutely go!

**Do not recommend at all**Never got to dine due to Covid 19 and would have loved to rebook but certainly will not now as we can not get our money refunded! Absolutely shocked by their customer service or lack of it. Will not reply to our emails now and no sign of any refund!Disgusted by it all

The experience at The Fat Duck is amazing, flawless and perfect. This is the most interesting and creative meal we ever had. However, the taste of food dishes are below expectation. We expected the food to be as good, if not better than Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Instead, it was a few notches below that of Dinner. Overall, it was disappointing, and we would not be returning to The Fat Duck again.

Having visited other 3 Michelin starred restaurants, the fat duck stands una league if it’s own. It’s very expensive, but it’s the only restaurant in this league that I’ve come out wanting to back to again. It’s not just about the food, it’s about the entire adventure that Heston and his crew bring you on. For us it was as memorable as a holiday abroad, and I could not recommend it more.

Good general experience. More of a show rather than a satisfactory dinner experience. Treat as a bucket list experience. Would not go again.

Amazing service and food from start to end. We were running 30 minutes late due to London traffic but they never made us feel rush throughout the tasting experience. Looking forward to Dinner on our next trip back.

So many details. Such personalisation. So much care. The story telling and the theatre in each chapter of the menu is so engaging and surprising and amazing.Loved loved loved it, every second, every scent, every taste.

A magical and memorable experience as expected. So many amazing flavor combinations. The standout for me was the white chocolate and caviar foodpairing that Heston came up with by finding foods with similar molecular structures. The service was impeccable. Worth a visit if you are able. We took the train in from London and then a taxi home.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Refusing to refund after the meal was cancelled! I have no issues with it being cancelled, I would have probably rebooked in the future but not now. The way you have treated your customers is outrageous. It's been 6 weeks and counting that I've been waiting for the refund and you are full of excuse after excuse. AVOID!!!

Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Great service and food and of course the theatrical nature of the meal kept our party entertained for the entire 6(!) hour meal.

A lifetime experience with booking required months before arrival. The restaurant cares about your dining experience so much they actually send out a questionnaire so they know you first. Everything came out the kitchen is a surprise with a big wow. This makes the booking ahead and more than one hour driving from London worthwhile!

This has been on my absolute bucket list restaurant experience for so long... And it far exceeded all my expectations and hopes. From the very first interaction with the brilliant waiting staff onwards, I knew i was in for an afternoon of delicious trickery. Do yourself a favour and add this to your bucket list!

This was my second visit go the Fat Duck having previously visited in 2014. This time we were there to try the Fable Tree Christmas inspired menu. The menu took us just under 5 hours however we did also get a tour of the kitchen and take a while to finish our wine (we were the last ones to leave!). We had an exceptional evening of magic and excitement. Our waiters Guiseppe and Jonathan were fabulous.It is very expensive however it is more than a meal at a restaurant, it is an experience.

Not worth it - may it be the long commute from London, hassle of advance booking, huge price tag... the place feels too hyped up.The dining experience is creative, and I appreciate the effort put into designing the storyline and presentation. However, when the flavours and execution of dishes do not live up to expectation, the experience becomes unfortunately gimmicky.In addition, the wine was disappointing both in quantity and pairing choices. I was hoping for the wine to enhance the dishes, but in my opinion they were boring and not good value for the money. Perhaps my disappointment stems from the high expectations I had of the establishment prior to my visit, and the dinner left me feeling very empty. There are plenty of restaurant options in the city that are more inspiring.Our favourite dish of the evening was the bread.
